My favorite way to enjoy my bagel is with my coworkers! We call them morale bagels and they boost our spirits and get us through the work day/week every time. We get to spend some time just pausing to be in the moment and enjoy and savor our bagels

My bagel ritual is going out with my dog for a walk and picking up the iconic Nova Sandwich from Spread! My puppy knows the way there and back! He walks right in and goes to the pick up area! When we come back home he stares at me as I eat it!
