We are proud to provide full transparency with regards to our menu items and ingredients, and take the art of feeding our neighbors and friends seriously.
Gluten-Friendly
We partner with Original Sunshine who crafts their Gluten-Free bagels in a dedicated gluten-free facility that is free of cross-contamination. However, if ordering an Original Sunshine Gluten-Free Bagel for a bagel sandwich or with a spread, we will be preparing it in the same space as our traditional bagels, and cross contamination may occur.
