Our customers describe their first bite into our award-winning Bacon, Egg and Cheese sandwich (a.k.a. “The Standard”), as somewhat of a magical experience. Our lead chef and culinary team infuse innovation and push boundaries – not by following trends, but by created them. Each artisan creation calls upon the freshest, local ingredients and all selections are made to order.

We braise our own brisket, roasted chicken and turkey. All meats are prepared fresh in our kitchens and seasoned to perfection. Our pastrami is provided by NYC’s famed Carnegie Deli. Try our Carnegie Breakfast sandwich or The Carnegie Reuben, fan favorites served from 7:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. or until we sell out of bagels.

Our country eggs are freshly cracked (we wouldn’t have it any other way) and our thick-cut, smoked bacon raises the bar and is truly satisfying (it’s simply the highest grade-quality we can get)! We’re sure you’ll be dreaming about these breakfast favorites long after your visit.

Many folks tell us that sandwiches soar to a new level with Spread’s signature, brand-name black pepper ketchup or Habanero hot sauce, available in stores and online too.
